Can I visit your practice without a dental insurance?
Yes, we can see you even if you do not have a dental insurance. After the treatment you will receive a bill from us that must be paid at the reception before you leave. You can pay with your debit card, cash or credit card.

Yes. After the treatment you will receive a bill from us that must be paid at the reception before you leave. You can pay with your debit card, cash or credit card. If you have a dental insurance you can declare the bill and they will (partially) reemburse you.
How can I cancel my appointment?
If you can not make it to your scheduled appointment you need to notify us by phone (or by coming to the practice) at least 24 hours in advance.
ATTENTION! On Saturdays we maintain a 'no cancellation policy'. It is possible to cancel the appointment free of charge prior to Thursday 4 PM. All cancellations after 4 PM will be charged a fee for the scheduled time.
What happens if I don't cancel my appointment in time?
When you do not have a valid reason that made you unable to cancel the appointment in time you will receive a bill for the missed appointment. We will charge € 20,- for every 10 minutes that your appointment was planned. The dental insurance will not cover this amount.
Do I pay directly after a treatment?
When you have a dental insurance we will send the bill to the insurance. The part that does not get covered by the insurance needs to be paid directly after the treatment. You can pay with your debit card, cash or credit card.

What happens if I don't pay in time?
If you have received an invoice at home you have to pay this within the specified period. If you do not pay it in time we reserve the right to increase the bill with administration and collection costs. Ultimately, it will be handed over to the bailiff.
Is there free parking?
Kopenhagenweg: The whole neighbourhood is free parking.
Leyweg: On the Leyweg itself you can park for free till 1 PM. The surrounding streets have free parking till 6 PM.
You can also choose to park in the parking garage of the hospital that is locate below the next building. This comes with a parking fee.
How can I get to you with public transportation?
Kopenhagenweg: Use tram 16 and get out at the stop Lage Veld or at the stop Parijsplein (tram 17 also stops here).
Leyweg: The following public transportations stop directly in front of the practice: Bus 21, 23 and 26, Tram 4 and 6.
